Medicontur highlights from the PAAO-CAO 2023 Congress
Our company attended the 35th Pan-American Congress of Ophthalmology in Buenos Aires, Argentina.We exhibited again after 4 years at the Pan-American Congress of Ophthalmology (PAAO-CAO) in Buenos Aires from 17-20 March 2023. During these 4 days we had the chance to connect with our visitors and introduce them to our new EDoF lens, the Bi-Flex ELON IOL and our other premium IOLs, including the Liberty IOL and 1stQ AddOn® IOL.
We organized a scientific symposium on the 18th of March at Hall H, titled La Excelencia en el manejo de las lentes intraoculares de Visión Simultánea: de la evidencia a la práctica clínica, where the key opinion leaders covered the following topics:

Our scientific symposium was followed by a tango show at our booth which was a great success!
On the 19th of March we held a booth talk with David Antolín MD, titeled: Soluciones Premium para la corrección de la presbicia, for which we received great feedbacks on site!
It was our pleasure to meet again with the Latin-American ophthalmologists and our distributor partners in person. We officially launched and introduced our new ELON lens in the Latin-American region. Read more about our new product on our dedicated landing page.
